Legal Wedding Ceremonies
Asa TLC Faith Marriage Officer, your wedding ceremony is fully legal in Scotland. The only thing you need to do beforehand is complete your M10 forms.
Your Legal Wedding Steps
1. Complete your M10 forms from your local registrar (also online). 2. Submit the forms (and fee) 3 Months before but no less than 29 days before your wedding. 3. Nominate me (Susan Paul, TLC Marriage Officer as your celebrant. 4.Collect your marriage schedule from the registrar and bring it to ceremony (This is essential on your wedding day) 5. Sign the schedule during the ceremony with your chosen witnesses. 6. Hand the signed schedule back to registrar to receive your official marriage certificate.
I'm based in Dundee and work across Angus, Fife, Perthshire and beyond - in gardens, castles, barns, backyards, beaches, or wherever your love takes you.
